A new kind of projection, MKUltra is a high-definition projection that’s designed to create a 360-degree image that can be seen by anyone, anywhere in the world.
The project, first announced in 2016, was originally meant to create 3D holographic models for people, but since then it has gone beyond that.
The technology is so sophisticated that even professional-grade projectionists can’t replicate the experience without being augmented by virtual reality.
That makes it a bit like seeing a movie at a theater, but it’s much more immersive and the projectionist can see the image through the eyes of the people in the theater.
But Project MKUltra’s creators are trying to make it even more realistic by using real human actors to make its holographic imagery.
The original concept for MKUltra was a hologram that projected holograms on the screen in front of you.
Project MKultra, the project that the tech is built for, is one of the most advanced and expensive hologram systems in the country.
It’s also very rare for anyone to actually see the real-world effects of the technology, which has been dubbed Project MKULTRA.
